All Sales Are Final

By chance that you were to order the wrong size, send us a screenshot of your order confirmation email, along with the correct size needed. (If inventory allows we will make the change for you)

Due to the limited nature of our releases, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for reasons including:

• Change of mind
  

• Accidental purchases

• Preference changes after delivery

Please review all sizing information and product details before completing your purchase.

 

 

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [contact@sixthseal.world] with:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will determine whether a replacement, store credit, or refund is appropriate.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Sixth Seal is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or stolen after delivery, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because orders are processed quickly, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order has been placed. If you need assistance, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help before your order ships.
